Quoyia “Manelli” Rose CEO, founder and head designer has an artistic, fearless approach to the fashion world. Quoyia is a Native of Brooklyn, New York. Growing up she admired the works of couture designers and respects the ambition of the various upcoming designers. The college educated designer studied political science, but as her passion for the creative arts flourished she decided to pursue her dreams in fashion.
